SDS.guide uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising, or any third-party cookies, and we do not track visitors across other sites.

Cookies we set

• sds_session — set only when a company administrator signs in. It keeps you signed in to your dashboard. HTTP-only, secure, first-party; expires after 90 days or when you sign out. Employees viewing a binder receive no cookies.

Why there is no cookie banner

Consent banners are required for cookies that are not essential to a service the user requested (analytics, advertising, tracking). Because our only cookie is strictly necessary for signing in — a function you explicitly request — it is exempt from consent requirements under the EU ePrivacy rules and similar laws. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will add a consent mechanism first and update this page.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie only affects signing in to a dashboard; public binder and library pages work without any cookies.
